Service Delivery And Time Management

Product Orders:

We offer a print-on-demand service, so we need some time to manage your orders: print them, pack them and ship them. For clothing items, we need an estimation of 5-8 business days. For the rest of the products, between 2 and 5. Afterwards, the carriers need some time to get your package delivered. We have various shipping rates. In general, we can say that all products are shipped in an average of 4 working days, depending on where the customer resides.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 5–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@trendstyleboutique.com.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@trendstyleboutique.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@trendstyleboutique.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Custom Design Service :

For custom design orders the response time can take between 1 and 2 business days. We create everything from scratch and because of that, it usually takes us up to 2 weeks to finish your designs. We’ll always keep you updated on the progress. We work with a prepayment system and that means we’ll start fulfilling your design request as soon as you cover the fees. Our design services quote includes design revisions that you can use. In case you change your mind and reject the design work, we won’t issue a refund. We assume that your design request is based on content that is original and/or copyrighted by you. The designs will be sent through digital means, such as email, chat or by customer preference.

Shipping Rates

Our stipulated fixed rates ensure an invariable price for the shipment. This price varies depending on the destination address of the order and the number of products within the same order, but always based on our standard shipping rates. You can see all the prices of our rates divided by product and destination on our shipping page.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Discounts

After purchasing a design service you are entitled to receive a discount coupon code that can be redeemed in any of our products. You will receive the discount coupon code by email, once you have placed the order for a custom design service that is applicable. You can redeem the coupon code at the checkout in our shopping cart, when ordering any of our products, either by choosing a custom design or a predesigned one. The discount coupon is only valid for a single order of the product you select, and does not cover shipping costs. Other discount codes can also be issued for special cases in customer order refunds and promotions.

Return Policy

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@trendstyleboutique.com

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. You can report problems with an order through our contact page or customer service chat. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Returned by Customer – We do not accept physical product returns hereby the client agrees that product returns may be issued by reshipping the product. It is best that customers contact us before returning any products, and avoid misunderstandings.

Wrong Address Unclaimed: If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or also shipments that go unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility, thereby you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Do we offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@trendstyleboutique.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@trendstyleboutique.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
